You'll receive clear instructions on how to ship to our Florida studio. Once received, it will be checked in and you'll receive confirmation immediately. We'll schedule your shoot and you'll receive an accurate completion date for your images.

The third step will be a review of your order by one of our creative directors. If they have any questions before the shoot, they'll reach out and make sure that everything is just right before they let the "weirdos" in our studio loose. We affectionately refer to them as "weirdos" because these people dream about composition, lighting and shutter speeds - and they're kind of sensitive to day light. Very Vampirish.

Frequently asked questions

WHAT RIGHTS DO I GET TO THE IMAGES?

Once delivered, the photographs are yours to use as you like – royalty free. You can use them in all forms of media including print advertising, packaging, web, television or printed onto a Sumo wrestler’s belly while he Bungy jumps off a bridge in New Zealand.

WHAT FORMAT WILL MY IMAGES BE IN?

Standard photos are delivered as a high resolution, 300 DPI jpeg. We use the maximum quality allowed by Amazon – 2,000 pixels on one side of the image. The other side is made the fit the size of the product.

WHAT IF I WANT A RESHOOT?

We are happy to reshoot any items where there is an error or a clear departure from the brief. At the end of the day, we want you to LOVE your images but we also have to mindful that we are running a business as well.

CAN YOU PHOTOGRAPH LARGE STUFF LIKE MY PET ELEPHANT AND HUMMER?

Yes – we can photograph large items but we need to know about oversized items BEFORE you send them. Just check with our photo angels.

DO YOU SHIP MY PRODUCTS BACK?

Of course! Postage will be at your expense however we’ll do the work. This will be a question that our shipping angel will ask you right at the start. You will also have the option to donate your items to our annual Christmas drive where we bundle up client’s unreturned items into hampers for families in need.

HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY?

We accept all major credit cards and you pay right off the invoice we send you (it has fancy embed links on it so you can pay online).

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

We have both Ala Carte and package prices. Both are clearly displayed on our website here. If you buy more photos at one time, the price drops considerably because our setup and scheduling costs are greatly reduced this way.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

You will get great service, flawless photos and full usage rights to any photo you purchase from us in any format you need. Simple. No stress. No strings.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

The team will begin planning the photo shoot as soon as we have received your product and photo form in our studio. Certain products may require additional time based on model and location availability. Typical timelines for photo packages are as follows:

Basic – 7 business days
Standard – 10 business days
Pro – 14 business days
